2. This is the 2nd attempt on behalf of the petitioner for regular bail in connection with Raxaul Rail P.S. Case No. 17 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Section 370 of the IPC, under Section 79 of the J.J. Act and under Sections 3/14 of the Child Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Act.

3. It has very fairly been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the trial is on the verge of completion as the recording of evidence has concluded.

4. In these circumstances, this application for regular bail is dismissed.
