Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 393 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner snatched golden chain of the informant but the petitioner was apprehended on chase. Prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected earlier by order dated 26.02.2015 vide Criminal Misc. No. 7584 of 2015 with an observation that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail if the trial is not concluded within six months. Trial has not yet concluded. Petitioner is in jail since 19.08.2014 i.e. he has already remained in jail for more than thirteen months. In the circumstances aforesaid, petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
