Having regard to the nature of allegation against the petitioner for offence under sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act and that it is a case of triple murder and the petitioner also has got criminal antecedent in at least six more cases against him, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

That being so, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is, hereby rejected but then this Court would direct the trial court to ensure that the trial of the petitioner is expedited. (Mihir Kumar Jha, J) surendra/- U
