The petitioners being the married sister and brother's wife of the husband of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The basic accusation is of killing the sister of the informant after about three years of the marriage for nonfulfillment of the dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is omnibus and general against entire in-laws family including the petitioners and thrust of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24668 of 2016 (3) dt.26-07-2016 accusation is against the husband of the victim. Considering the accusation being omnibus and general against the petitioners and they being ladies, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, District - Patna in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 57 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
