2. The writ petition has been filed for:- "issuance of an appropriate writ and / or direction, commanding the Respondents concerned to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner for mutation on 05.12.2013 before the Respondent-Circle Officer but the same is still pending till date or any other relief or reliefs which the petitioner is entitled to."

3. Mrs. Nutan Sahay, learned counsel for the State submits that the matter is stale and the petitioner is well advised

4. Whether online or offline, the petitioner is a lady, in the year 2017, she was 64 years old, the Circle Officer, Sonepur, Saran should be sensitive to such matter and in case, the application remains pending, he/she is duty bound to take the same to its logical conclusion.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a fresh application shall be submitted before the concerned official, if it is filed, he/she is duty bound to take the same to its logical conclusion within the time frame stipulated by the Government.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of.
