Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioners seek modification of the order dated 21.08.2020 passed in Cr.Misc. No.6878 of 2020. It is stated that due to inadvertence, father's name of Petitioner Nos.6 and 7 in Cr.Misc. No.6878 of 2020 was wrongly mentioned as Md. Daud. Inadvertent error has crept in while writing the details of the accused in the Vakalatnama by the office of the counsel for the petitioner and therefore the same has been reflected in the bail application as well as in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15598 of 2021(2) dt.25-08-2021 2/2 order dated 21.08.2020 passed in Cr.Misc. No.6878 of 2020. Counsel therefore prays that the father's name of Petitioner Nos.6 and 7 in Cr.Misc. No.6878 of 2020 be modified and in its place father's name of Petitioner No.6-Md. Samim be read as "Md. Sayeed" and father's name of Petitioner No.7-Md. Anwar be read as "Md. Ali Hassan".

Said prayer is allowed. Father's name of Petitioner Nos.6 and 7 be read accordingly.

Modification is allowed to the aforesaid extent. In view of the modification having been allowed, time granted for surrender in the order dated 21.08.2020 in Cr.Misc. No.6878 of 2020 is extended by four weeks from today. This Court would expect that the petitioners' counsel would honour his undertaking in the instant proceedings regarding supply of the requisite court fee etc. within two weeks from the date he is called upon to do so by the office.
