Mr.Standing Counsel (7) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-02-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:-

Patna High Court CWJC No.2259 of 2024(2) dt.29-02-2024 2/3 "1(i). For issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing of the order dated 21-32023 (Anx.-9 ) passed by the respondent no. 3, the Divisional Commissioner, Purnea Division, Purnea in Aanganbari Appeal no. 34/2019 by which the respondent no. 3 has rejected the Appeal filed by the petitioner.

(ii). For issuance of an appropriate writ for quashing of the order contained in Memo no. 540 dated 31-3-2015 (Anx.- 7) passed by the District Magistrate, Purnea the respondent no. 4 by which he has directed to select the respondent no. 10 with immediate effect on the post of Aaganbari Sevika for the Centre No. 100 of Gram Panchayat Koyali Simra East, Rupouli.

(iii). For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction directing and commanding the respondents to give the petitioner all consequential benefits after quashing of the aforesaid orders dated 21-3-2023 (Anx.- 9 ) and 31-3-2015 (Anx-7) including the reinstatement of the petitioner / to put back the petitioner on her post for which post the petitioner was selected and was working."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law

Patna High Court CWJC No.2259 of 2024(2) dt.29-02-2024 3/3 including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
