The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 324/307/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner alongwith co-accused Rinku Devi abused the informant and thereafter, assaulted her with khanti, due to which she sustained injury over her left parietal region of the scalp.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is own devar (brother-in-law) of the informant. Due to dispute with regard to supply of water, some altercation took place between the parties, in which, the informant sustained injury, which has been found to be simple in nature by the doctor.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8202 of 2022(2) dt.03-08-2022 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. XIV, Patna in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 516 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
