Grievance of the petitioner in the present application is that despite the recommendation as contained in Annexure-6, the respondents are not taking any final decision. Without expressing any opinion on the claim of the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with direction to the District Programme Officer, Siwan (respondent No. 5) to place the case of the petitioner before the Compassionate Appointment

Patna High Court CWJC No.2130 of 2018 (2) dt.08-02-2018 Committee and the Compassionate Appointment Committee is expected to take final decision in the matter for compassionate appointment within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, this writ application stands disposed of.
