The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 498 (A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is the husband. The marriage was solemnized 18 years ago. The complainant got one son and two daughters.

It is submitted that the petitioner has not made any demand of dowry and he is in jail since 17.07.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than a year. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
