JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 26-02-2019 The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No. 182 of 2018 dated 18.09.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 458, 326, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The petitioner and another are said to have opened fire at the house of the informant leading to injuries on her. In the F.I.R, the informant has stated about the enmity with the petitioner.
It has been pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner that though the allegation is of the informant having been injured by gunshot but the injuries suffered by

Considering the aforestated facts and taking into account the clean antecedents of the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No. 182 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) Shageer/- U T
