JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 25-05-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Special Case No. 1855 of 2017, arising out Bikram P.S. Case No. 127 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act. The petitioner is in custody since 25.11.2021. Considering the period of custody, this regular bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge (Excise), Danapur, Patna, in connection with Special Case No.1855 of 2017, arising out of Bikram P.S. Case No. 127 of 2017.
