2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 278 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 75, 76, 79, 308(3) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 66C and 66D of the Informantion Technology Act.
3. The petitioner is accused of committing molestation with the victim. The FIR has been filed after five months of delay.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in jail since 03.10.2024.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.- XV, Vaishali at Hajipur/ Successor Court in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 278 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial.
7. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Raghopur Police Station, District-Vaishali on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
