The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.5781 of 2018 (2) dt.03-04-2018 2/2 application is non-payment of honorarium/ salary for the petitioner as Tola Sewak. In the matter of grant of honorarium / salary, the respondents are required to examine the validity of the engagement of the petitioner and also required to be verify the record whether the petitioner has worked as Toka Sewak for the period he claimed honorarium.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the District Programme Officr, (Saksharta) Bhojpur at Ara to examine the claim of the petitioner for payment of honorarium/ salary as Tola Sewak/Sikshak Swayam Sarak and if it is found that petitioner was validly engaged as Tola Sewak and they have discharged the responsibility as Tola Sewak, necessary order for payment shall be passed within the maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ application is disposed of.
