2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sanjhauli P.S. Case No. 145 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 109(1), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., lodged on 27.07.2025 by the informant Meena Devi.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that while she was sitting at her door, the accused persons came armed variously and after Bhorik Singh caught hold hand of her son, the present petitioner gave knife blow on the chest causing severe injury. He was taken to Karuna Hospital, Bikramganj which followed the F.I.R..

4. Though learned counsel for the petitioner tried to impress upon this Court regarding the innocence of the petitioner, learned APP has taken this Court to the F.I.R. to show that it is the petitioner who gave knife blow on the chest of the informant's son. In that background, no relief can be extended to the petitioner.
