JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH) 16-11-2016 Heard Sri Rajendra Narayan, the learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant, in support of this appeal against acquittal.

We have heard the matter at length and also perused the judgment. On perusal of the judgment it is apparent that the appellant had purchased a disputed piece of land on which the accused persons were claiming Bataidari rights from before the purchase. Immediately after purchase she alleges that her hut on the said land was burnt by the accused persons.

Patna High Court CR. APP (DB) No.675 of 2016 (3) dt.16-11-2016 2/2 The learned Sessions Judge delivered the judgment and has taken note of contradiction and confliction of the prosecution witnesses in the judgment and by giving benefit of doubt acquitted the accused persons.
