The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner obtained appointment on the post of Anganbari Sevika / Sahaika on the basis of forged and fabricated document(s).

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that after due verification of the document(s), petitioner was appointed on the said post. Petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence, as alleged in the F.I.R. Petitioner has not been paid any amount from the Public Exchequer and as such, she has not been financially benefited from the said selection. Moreover, the petitioner has already been terminated from the said post, as per

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8827 of 2022(2) dt.12-04-2022 2/2 F.I.R. itself and she is in custody since 21.12.2021. Investigation is complete.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Banka in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No. 235 of 2020.
