2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Paharpur P. S. Case No. 62 of 2020 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 379, 302, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that all the F.I.R. named accused persons were destroying the hut of informant and upon protest, they assaulted the father of informant as a result of which he died.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that specific accusation of pressing the neck of deceased is against co-accused Duggi Ram. Petitioner is in custody since

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that there is specific accusation against petitioner that he assaulted on the head of deceased by farsa.
6. Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of the offence, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
