Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Shahkund (Sajour) P.S. Case No.110 of 2022 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354(B), 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8155 of 2023(2) dt.01-05-2023 2/2 Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. There is a case and counter case between both the parties. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bonds to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M. II, Bhagalpur in connection with Shahkund (Sajour) P.S. Case No.110 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Harish/- U T
