2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Spl. Case No. 61 of 2025 arising out of Vigilance P.S. Case No. 88 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 7(a), 7(b) of the PC Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner, who is a data entry operator, was caught red handed accepting bribe of Rs. 20,000/-.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 9.10.2025.

5. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has remained in judicial

6. Learned counsel for the Vigilance Department has opposed the application of the petitioner.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Vigilance, Patna/concerned Court below in connection with Spl. Case No. 61 of 2025 arising out of Vigilance P.S. Case No. 88 of 2025.
