Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 364A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including these petitioners kidnapped minor daughter of the informant.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case on suspicion. Parties have entered into compromise and a petition to this effect has also been filed in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10048 of 2023(2) dt.25-04-2023 2/2 the Court below. Petitioners claim clean antecedent. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that the girl in her 164 Cr.P.C. statement has supported the prosecution case.

Considering the 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the girl, prayer for bail of all the petitioners is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) shashi/- U T
