In view of the latest judgment of the Apex Court in the case of Mukesh & another vrs. the State of Bihar reported in (2017) 5 S.C.C. 387 respondents are required to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of the Judgment of the Apex Court in Mukesh(Supra) and final decision may be taken within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
