Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty and in case the petitioner files an appropriate appeal within a period of four weeks from today, the State Appellate Authority, Patna shall consider the case of the petitioner on merits without being impeded by the issue of limitation.
