The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 366, 341, 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation in F.I.R. is that the daughter of the informant was kidnapped by one Sonu Kumar.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that name of the petitioner transpired in the statement of victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. wherein she has stated that while she was returning from coaching at Dhanbad, this petitioner alongwith other four persons caught her and took away to Masaurhi. There is no allegation of any sexual misconduct against this petitioner and he has got clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8183 of 2022(4) dt.24-11-2022 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as clean antecedent of petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Masaurhi (Patna) in connection with Bhagwanganj P.S.
