Having regard to the fact that the writ petitioners appellants have offered to make payment of the outstanding dues by March, 1917 in instalments, the offer is not so unreasonable or irrational or it could not have been accepted, In view of the above and in the interest of justice, we allow the writ petitioners appellants to make payment of outstanding dues in terms of the directions contained in the order, dated 21.06.2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 4634 of 2016 by the learned single Judge, on or before 31st March, 2017. The order, dated 21.06.2016, passed in C.W.J.C.No. 4634 of 2016 is modified to the extent indicated above. The appeals shall stand disposed of.
