Petitioner was made accused in Karja P.S. Case no. 79/2013 on 3.6.2013 and thereafter on 4.6.2013, the Investigating officer of the aforesaid case along with other officials came to the house of the petitioner to execute process of 83 of the Code of Criminal Procedure but protest was made by FIR named accused persons and in that course some police officials sustained injury. Admittedly, petitioner is not named in the present first information report as assailant and subsequently, he was remanded in this case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial
