2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Supaul Complaint P.S. Case No. 909 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 379, 498(A), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. It is a case of matrimonial dispute.
4. The mediation report dated 11.08.2025, which contains the compromise dated 07.08.2025, shows that the matter has been resolved. They have decided to reside with each other.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or

No.7180 of 2025(5) dt.18-09-2025 2/2 surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Supaul in connection with Supaul Complaint P.S. Case No. 909 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the CrPC/482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
