The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Sirdala (Maskuar) P.S. Case No. 169 of 2014 registered under Sections 366(A) of Indian Penal Code.

In view of the statement of victim recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C., I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected. m.p.
