Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 301 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 366A, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing specific is alleged against them. The specific

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 3, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge VI, Supaul in connection with Chhatapur P.S.
