A blanket submission has been made that the appellant was unwell. There is no indication in the affidavit as to what was the illness nor is there any supporting material or evidence to support the stand taken in the condonation application.
The condonation application, therefore, lacks merit. I.A. No. 6423 of 2016 is dismissed.
