The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Buxar (Mahila) P.S. Case No.62 of 2019 registered under Sections 498A, 341, 323 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code besides Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, at present, the petitioner and the opposite party no.2, who are husband and wife respectively, are residing together and this fact had also been admitted by the learned counsel for the
