The petitioner is in custody in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 136 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 328, 354b, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 67 of the Information Technology Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and she is in custody since 12.10.2018. He further submits that petitioner is a lady. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady and she has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
