JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date : 23-04-2018 With regard to the issue in question, based on a newspaper report, without approaching the authorities concerned, the petitioner has directly filed this writ petition. On the basis of the material that has come on record, we are not inclined to exercise our jurisdiction at this stage. Petitioner may file a detailed representation pointing out the irregularities in the matter before the authorities, namely,

Patna High Court CWJC No.6926 of 2018 dt.23-04-2018 2/2 Respondent Nos. 4, 5 and 7 and it would be, at the first instance, for Respondent Nos. 4, 5 and 7 to look into the grievance of the petitioner and take action as may be permissible under law. In case respondents do not take any action within a reasonable period of time, the petitioner will have liberty to approach this Court afresh in accordance with law.
