Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within three weeks. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302/120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Earlier, prayer for bail of the petitioner was twice rejected.

Considering the fact that no new ground has been raised by the petitioner in the present application, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his payer for bail is rejected in connection with Sessions Trial No. 169 of 2021 arising out of Bihiya P.S. Case No. 316 of 2017 pending

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8504 of 2022(2) dt.02-03-2022 2/2 before the court of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-XIII, Bhojpur at Ara.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed. However, Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) devendra/- U T
