The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 370 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 325, 307, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration the serious allegation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. This application is dismissed.
