JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Petitioner is in custody since 20.7.2013 in relation to Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S.Case No. 362 of 2013, dated 12.7.2013, instituted under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. He had earlier moved this Court for bail in Cr.Misc.No.835 of 2014, which was rejected by order dated 9.5.2014. Mr. Patanjali Rishi, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR but the person, who was named in the FIR, i.e., Vijay Sah, whose bail application was also rejected by the same order, as referred to above, has recently been granted bail by this Court in Cr.Misc.No. 1156 of 2015 by order dated 16.1.2015. Charges have already been framed.

In the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner Rajkishore Sah @ Rajkishor Sah be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties
