In the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no. 8, it is stated that entitlement of the petitioner has been admitted. However, it has come on record that for sanction of revision of pension, the school in question has to

Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the District Education Officer Lakhisarai to take steps for completion of formality including issuance of request from the office of the Headmaster of the school in question to the office of the Accountant General. It goes without saying that the Accountant General will do the needful. Once the request is made for sanction of revision of pension as to the entitlement of the petitioner, necessary decision in this regard by the concerned authority is required to be taken within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
