The name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused persons and it appears that except confessional statement as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by filing supplementary affidavit, the antecedent of the petitioner has already been brought on record.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
