Petitioner is said to have give Tangi blow, causing head injury to informant but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that there was land dispute between the parties and according to prosecution case itself, at the time of alleged occurrence, petitioner was carrying fire-arm in his hand but he did not use the said firearm. It is further contended on behalf of the petitioner that so far as injury report of the informant is concerned; the informant allegedly, sustained two injuries and out of which, one injury was found on his head but on the basis of CT Scan, done at the private centre, the doctor found the aforesaid injury grievous in nature. No.46150 of 2015 (2) dt.06-10-2015 facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of this fact that there was land dispute between the parties and furthermore, there was no repetition of blow, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Karakat P.S. Case No. 135 of 2013 to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas at Sasaram.
