====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 07-09-2016 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Perused the impugned order dated 10.05.2016 passed by the learned Sub Judge V, Saharsa in Title Suit No.53 of 2011 which was filed by the plaintiff for eviction of the tenantpetitioner under the B.B.C. Act. From perusal of the impugned order, I find that the Court below has passed a reasoned order giving reasons for rejecting the application filed by the petitioner whereby the substitution application has been allowed after condoning the delay. In that view of the matter, I do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order in exercise of supervisory jurisdiction. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous application is dismissed.
