JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 20-12-2017 Inadvertently while directing for release of motorcycle bearing Registration No. BR 38J 0642 vide order passed on 29.11.2017 we have directed for furnishing Bank Guarantee to the satisfaction of District Magistrate, Araria.

Looking to the quantity of liquor seized, the order should have been for furnishing two sureties to the satisfaction of District Magistrate, Araria and not the Bank Guarantee.

Accordingly, we direct for correction of the order passed on 29.11.2017. Instead of furnishing Bank
