2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 363, 366, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the victim is a married lady and she has eloped with the petitioner who is in jail since 02.11.2023.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.
