The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No. 86 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 363, 365, 380, and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on charge-sheet submitted under Section 376 (D) of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He submits that as per the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr. P.C sexual exploitation was done by Guddu and Aamod Kumar, who have been granted bail by Court below.
