Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 128 of 2022 registered for the offences under Sections 304 (B) and 328 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is mother-in-law if the deceased. She is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case merely because she is relative of husband of the deceased. Further submission is that co-accused, husband of the petitioner namely Abhishek Sahni and husband of the deceased namely Pradeep Sahni is already in judicial custody. It is also submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.8295 of 2023(2) dt.25-04-2023 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 128 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
