Accusation is killing the daughter of the informant after six years of marriage for non-fulfilment of dowry demand.
From the report of the Superintendent of Police, Kaimur at Bhabhua and the learned trial Court, it appears that the trial is on the verge of conclusion. In the circumstance, this Court is not inclined to interfere.
