Petitioners are named in the F.I.R but their case is on similar footing to the case of co-accused Awadh Bihari Singh and Amarendra Kumar Singh, who have already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Taking into consideration as well as this aspect of the matter that it was co-accused Manoj Singh @ Manoj Kumar Singh who crushed the head of the deceased with stone, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection
