JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The alleged recovery has been made from behind the house of the petitioner and at the time of alleged recovery the petitioner disclosed before the police that other accused had parked the vehicles behind his house though he granted permission to park the said vehicle knowing the fact that the vehicles in question were stolen property. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 15.06.2015.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, Champaran in connection with Dumariyaghat P.S.Case No. 58 of 2015.
