2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer for a direction to make payment of honorarium to the petitioner from 21.05.2014 onwards.

3. The issue with regard to payment of honorarium requires factual enquiry.

4. In view of the above, the District Programme Officer (Saksharata), Bhojpur at Ara is hereby directed to scrutinize the record to ascertain whether the petitioner has worked as Tola

Patna High Court CWJC No.7319 of 2018 dt.01-05-2018 2/2 Sevak and if it is found that the petitioner is validly engaged as Tola Sevak and has worked for the period, he is claiming honorarium, necessary orders for payment of honorarium must be passed after verification of record within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
