2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3 . As per the prosecution case , while panchayati was going on to resolve a land dispute between the parties, these petitioner and other co-accused persons assaulted informant and his family members. It is further alleged that co-accused Putul Devi snatched gold chain , co-accused Ranjit Kumar snatched mobile phone and co-accused Sanny Kumar took out cash Rs.14,000/- from pocket of informant.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that as a
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9188 of 2025(2) dt.19-02-2025 2/2 matter of fact due to land dispute minor scuffle took place between the parties in which both sides sustained injuries. There is case and counter case . Doctor has found simple injury . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of all the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let these petitioners, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VI, Vaishali at Hajipur in Bhagwanpur Police Station Case No. 30 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
