JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State. This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Makhdumpur P.S. Case No.212 of 2015, disclosing offences under Sections 307 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Keeping in view the submission that there is no allegation of overt act against this petitioner of causing any injury and that the petitioner is an elderly person, this application is allowed.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46078 of 2015 (2) dt.13-10-2015 2/2 The petitioner, abovenamed, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No.212 of 2015.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required, and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the Court, on two consecutive occasions, his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled.
